Management Trainee
The Management Trainee will work within our hands-on management training program. This individual is expected to go from an entry-level position into a management role on an expedited timeline. They will learn how to execute sales and customer service and learn leadership development, team building, and account management. As this individual transitions into a management role, they will learn the day-to-day business operations while being hands-on with a sales and marketing team.
Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives approach customers with information about client products and services, process orders, and ensure customers have a positive buying experience. Customers can make educated buying decisions that fit their needs by helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations. Customer Service Representatives can be promoted to leadership and management roles based on performance.

Business Development Partner
Business Development Partners are responsible for generating new business for Origin Management Clients. BDPs generate revenue through new support acquisitions and maintaining brand management for our clients. Representatives will also be able to take on more responsibilities by assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees and continuously growing the Origin Team.
